Broadening your world of delicious flavors

This long history has allowed us to develop brewing and fermentation techniques and to pursue techniques for producing appetizing seasonings. Our company began by producing such basic seasonings as soy sauce and miso bean paste, and we currently also process other seasonings and make sterilized retort packs. We and our related subsidiary companies have expanded and now make foods for ordinary Japanese meals and for nursing situations (where “safety and security” of the foods are the primary concern). Day after day we strive to make foods that are both healthy and delicious.

 

To satisfy numerous customer food requests for flavor and diversity, beginning in the 1990's we began producing Japanese foods overseas, particularly in China. Our affiliated companies also develop packaged software to be used by IT for breweries and food companies.

 

There has been a pursuit of new flavors, but at the same time we must transmit the Japanese cuisine traditions for future generations. We need your support so that we remain attentive to the commodities so that “even when the flavors are the traditional ones, they still seem fresh and new.”
